Tania is a warm and experienced psychologist who has supported adolescents, adults, older adults and families for more than 20 years.

She works with people experiencing a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma (including complex childhood trauma), grief and loss, addiction, relationship difficulties, burnout, workplace challenges and major life transitions. She also supports individuals navigating changes associated with ageing, health concerns and evolving family relationships.

Tania welcomes people from diverse cultural backgrounds and works with individuals across a range of neurological profiles, including ADHD and autism, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Her approach draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other trauma-informed approaches. Therapy is tailored to each person's unique needs, strengths and goals.

Tania believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, develop practical strategies and create lasting improvements in wellbeing and quality of life.
